About me, I was born in West Virginia and came to San Antonio via the U.S. Air Force in 1969. A few years after my discharge in 1971, I was accepted into the San Antonio Fire Department. I retired from the SAFD in December of 2007 with 30 years of service.  During my employment with the fire department, I obtained my realtors license in April of 1985. It had been an honor for me to serve San Antonio residents in two professions. My wife is a retiree from civil service (Social Security Administration) and we have two children. My daughter Monica Pederson is a 5th grade teacher in the Northeast I.S.D., and our son David Momone is a Lieutenant in the San Antonio Fire Department. Proud grandparents to Evan Momone who is nine and Paige Marie Pederson who is 4 and Reese Elaine Pederson who is two.  My wife and I both love to travel and I particularly love to play golf when time permits. Besides traveling, my wife loves to shop, shop and do more shopping!  Together, we both enjoy NASCAR and attend a couple races each year at the Daytona 500 and Texas Speedway near Ft. Worth, Texas.

Pertaining to real estate, as a yearly multi-million dollar sales agent, it is my goal as your full service real estate agent specializing in San Antonio and surrounding communities, to provide you with superior service at all times. My local expertise and extensive real estate experience of 25 years will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer. Just check out my Local Resources page and get information pertaining to schools, churches, synagogues, hospital systems, golf courses, theme parks and much much more.

I believe that for me to be a true professional real estate agent, I must make myself totally accessible to you, answer all questions that you may have and stay in complete communication with you 24/7.

Buying a home? I want you to know that I am on your schedule. Whether your a first time homebuyer or someone wanting that retirement home you've always dreamed about, I will always be there with you every step of the way for as long as it takes. To me, the easiest two steps representing buyers is making an offer to a seller on your behalf and going to closing. You want someone who takes care of any problem that might arise between the time you make that offer and its acceptance to the day of closing. I want to work for you and see to it that you buy the home that makes that dream of ownership come true.

Working for you 24/7.   I know that majority of couples both work and it is especially hard to view homes during a work week and the only time a buyer(s) can view homes is on a weekend.  When it comes to my clients, I make time to show them properties that meet their needs and wants.  There is no "I have the weekend off" in my vocabulary. Believe me, there are agents that don't work weekends!

Selling a home? I believe the biggest word in real estate today is Perception. How a potential buyer perceives your home when they first drive up to view it is very important. A potential buyer will know two things for sure when they visit your home to view it. 1. The Price and 2. The location. If your home didn't meet either one of these parameters, then they wouldn't be there. So if they like what they see from the exterior prior to walking in that front door and find that the interior is neat, clean, overall in great showing condition then in my opinion you as a seller have the percentages of a sale in your favor.  It all starts with proper listing price. That is why it is important for me to do a Comparable Market Analysis. Click here to find out what your home is worth in today's market.

Returning Client? I appreciate the opportunity to continue to serve you. To seek out my services again tells me that you were happy with all aspects of our real estate relationship sometime in the past.  I welcome the opportunity to work for you again.

I consider the San Antonio area an excellent place to reside and would love to share with you my enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods that encompass it. I pride myself on providing unparalleled service and look forward to developing a long-term relationship with you. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss how I can best assist you with your real estate needs.

Whether your selling or buying, I want to work for you!

Sincerely,

Jim Momone
