Hello and thanks for visting!

About me, I was born in West Virginia and came to San Antonio via the U.S. Air Force in 1969. I was also actively involved with the San Antonio Fire Department and have been for the past 30 years. I retired from the SAFD in late November of 2007. It had been an honor for me to serve San Antonio residents in two professions. My wife is a retiree from civil service (Social Security Administration) and we have two children. My daughter Monica is a 5th grade teacher in the Northeast I.S.D., and our son David is a Lieutenant in the San Antonio Fire Department. Proud grandparents to Evan Momone who is seven and Paige Marie Pederson who is two. Our daughter delivered on January 15th of 2007 our 3rd grandchild Reese Elaine. My wife and I both love to travel and I particularly love to play golf when time permits. Besides traveling, my wife loves to shop, shop and do more shopping! Together, we both enjoy NASCAR and attend a couple races each year at the Daytona 500 and Texas Speedway near Ft. Worth, Texas.

Buying a home? I want you to know that I am on your schedule. Whether your a first time homebuyer or someone wanting that retirement home you've always dreamed about, I will always be there with you every step of the way for as long as it takes. To me, the easiest two steps representing buyers is making an offer to a seller on your behalf and going to closing. You want someone who takes care of any problem that might arise between the time you make that offer and its acceptance to the day of closing. Selling a home? I believe the biggest word in real estate today is Perception. How a potential buyer perceives your home when they first drive up to view it is very important. A potential buyer will know two things for sure when they visit your home to view it. 1. The Price and 2. The location. If your home didn't meet either one of these parameters, then they wouldn't be there. So if they like what they see from the exterior prior to walking in that front door and find that the interior is neat, clean, overall in great showing condition then in my opinion you as a seller have the percentages of a sale in your favor.
